LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty points cannot generally be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated for a specific promotion. Please check the terms and conditions in the respective discount field in the loyalty program under "Terms and Conditions." The individual terms and conditions will then be displayed. The loyalty code can be redeemed once.

How do I redeem loyalty points correctly?

You have two options: Log in to your customer account and then go directly to checkout. There, you'll find another field where you can redeem up to 100 points (€10). Or you can go to the loyalty program page, select a suitable offer, and click the button to generate a code. Enter this code in the code field at checkout. The discount should appear in the order overview.

Do I get points back if I return an item?

No, the code won't be made available to you again. However, you will collect points for every order you place in our online shop! You can then use these points for your next purchase.

A minimum order value of €XY applies. Combining this offer with another promotion including loyalty points is not possible. However, vouchers can be used simultaneously. Furthermore, goodies cannot be exchanged for cash, exchanged retroactively, added to the offer, or returned individually.

How do I use the offer?

Add the promotional item to your shopping cart. It's usually already displayed at the bottom of the shopping cart, ready for you to add, and you simply need to add it to your order (for items with shades, you usually have to select your desired color in the same place before adding it). The discount will then be automatically applied by our system, provided you've reached the minimum order value. You can check the order summary to see if the offer is active before completing your order.

Do I have to return the item if I return it?

If the minimum order value is no longer met, we ask that you return the item unopened. If you wish to keep the item, you will be charged a fee when processing your return.

Use of newsletter offers

The individual terms of use for a promotion can usually be found in the disclaimer; for a newsletter, you'll find this at the very bottom of the email. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the offer, so always check the disclaimer. Discount combinations are generally not possible; only one code/offer is valid per order. If the offer is limited to a specific time period and you miss it, unfortunately, we can no longer issue the discount after that time period.

Use of influencer codes

If you receive a code from one of our partners, the person will usually provide the terms and conditions. Here, too, one code is valid per order; discounts cannot be combined.

How do I redeem a code?

You can enter a code in the coupons & discounts field at checkout. If the code is accepted, you'll see the discount immediately in your order summary.

Disclaimer

One-time prices, no code required, the prices are immediately discounted. The offer is valid while stocks last and applies only to the specified shades and products. Outlet items can be ordered with an additional discount or during a promotion.

Are outlet products permanently available in the outlet?

No, they are available at these special prices while supplies last. In many ways, this is in the interest of environmental protection and sustainability—just as we intend. We cannot rule out a near-term sale of the outlet items.

Can products from the outlet be returned?

Please understand that returns are not possible under the satisfaction guarantee for outlet products. Therefore, items may only be returned unopened and unused via the cancellation policy.

Vouchers

How do I redeem a voucher?

Your voucher is, of course, valid for the entire product range, and the great thing is that you can combine a discount with a voucher! At checkout, first enter the code in the field, then your voucher code. You should then be able to see in the order overview that both codes have been applied. If you're using an offer that doesn't require a code, just enter your voucher code.

What happens to my voucher if I return it?

Your voucher is a means of payment, so if you use it to pay for your order but return the products, we will refund the corresponding amount as a voucher or credit it back to your voucher (only for digital vouchers).

The terms and conditions of participation in a competition are usually stated in the disclaimer (at the very bottom of the page). Please pay attention to this information. If you have any questions about the stated terms and conditions, please feel free to contact our customer support.


Winners will generally be notified via email or chat (social media). Returns are not permitted. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. In the event of an undeliverable prize, the organizer is not obligated to conduct further investigations. In this case, the right to the prize is forfeited. An exchange or cash payment instead is not possible.
