Deliveries take approximately 5-10 business days.

Damit jedes UND GRETEL-Produkt als reine Naturkosmetik zertifiziert werden kann, nutzen wir ausschließlich hautverträgliche Inhaltsstoffe. Aber ebenso, wie manche Menschen allergisch auf Gluten oder Pollen reagieren, kann es sein, dass sich Deine Haut nicht mit einem naturkosmetischen Make-up- oder Skincare-Produkt verträgt. Gar kein Problem: Wende Dich bitte mit Deinem Namen, Deiner Bestellnummer und mit einem Bild oder einem ärztlichen Unverträglichkeits-Nachweis an unseren Kundenservice, sende die Ware nach Retourenanmeldung zurück und wir erstatten Dir 100 % des Kaufpreises.
