Fast shipping is a given for us. Delivery is handled by DHL GOGREEN or its logistics partners in the destination country. For us, sustainability doesn't stop with shipping. We use only raw materials from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources for our UND GRETEL shipping boxes. Incidentally, all folding boxes for our products are made of FSC paper, using only organic (mineral oil-free) inks.
Please note that delivery to a post office is not possible. Please note: Parcel shipments are insured against loss or damage during transport. However, parcel shipments are sent uninsured – UND GRETEL and DHL assume no liability for loss or damage to the shipment.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, invoices are issued net (less VAT). The correct net amount will be stated during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. Specific taxes and import duties for deliveries to non-EU countries must be declared and paid by the purchaser to the relevant authorities of the importing country. Deliveries take approximately 5-10 business days.

Deliveries to the United States of America take approximately 10-14 business days. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs. RETURNS
Have you ordered from UND GRETEL but would like to return something from your order? No problem, because you have two options. If the item is completely unopened and unused, you can easily return it using the cancellation policy. You can find all the important information regarding the cancellation policy below.
If you have already viewed and/or tested the treasures, you can take advantage of our wonderful satisfaction guarantee and receive a voucher as a credit note.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@undgretel.com or via our returns portal.
Returning orders should be convenient for you while also conserving resources. For this reason, we no longer include paper return slips with our packages.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. Please note that you must bear the costs of the return shipment.

The product should be packed and shipped in the original shipping packaging or in equally damage-resistant packaging to prevent damage to the product's original packaging.
All parts belonging to the product must be unopened and in their original packaging, including the product packaging. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. After inspecting the goods, we will refund the (partial) amount using the payment method you used for your order.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning. You can find further return conditions here .
