Conditions of participation 150€ competition for newsletter registration

Participation in the competition takes place online via the UND GRETEL online shop. UND GRETEL employees and persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation. By participating in the competition, you accept the general terms and conditions and acknowledge the privacy policy for participation.

Participation deadline:

The competition runs monthly from the first to the last day of each month.

Participation:

All persons who subscribe to our newsletter with a valid email address are eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation via automated mass participation processes operated by third parties is not permitted.

Profit:

The prize is a €150 voucher for the undgretel.com online shop. Three vouchers will be raffled off, and only one per person can be won. The voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Prize draw:

If there are multiple participants, the winner will be chosen by random drawing. The winners will be notified by email. The prize draw will take place in the first week of the following month. If the winners do not respond to the notification within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize will be sent to the winners via email. We, as the organizer, reserve the right to end or change the raffle prematurely for important reasons.
